Get Your Drink on with These Spring Cocktails
Are you enjoying our spring weather? The only thing that would make it better, okay for me, would be to enjoy a spring cocktail while sitting outside. Definitely!
I found great recipes for spring cocktails at Town and Country.
After my search on the internet for some spring-flavored drinks, I hit the jackpot and found a lot of really interesting cocktails. The spring drink theme is very fruity or a bit on the floral side.
Some examples of the fruity drinks, there is the Cherry Blossom. Tequila (a good bottle), lime juice, grapefruit juice, grenadine and a maraschino cherry. Make it shaken, not stirred.
Raspberry Lemon & Lime Ginger Beer cocktail, this one sure has a lot going for it. You will need raspberry puree, Brooklyn Crafted Ginger Beer. a bit of lemon and lime, limoncello, champagne and fresh raspberries. That sounds so good I would drink it right out of my blender glass, and by blender glass I mean right from the blender.
There is always the Mint Julep, millions of Kentucky Derby fans can't be wrong. How about the Tequila Honeysuckle. This drink is pretty straight foreword just tequila, again a good tequila , honey syrup and lime juice.
Another spring cocktail that made my list is the Deep Cleanse, I hope that is not the outcome of having this drink. You will need a bottle of good Gin, aloe vera juice, simple syrup, cucumber slices and a bit of lime juice. A couple of the drinks that are on the floral side use rose water in their ingredients or a spring of Lavender.
