Fun Things to do in Lansing This Weekend

This weekend in Lansing, there are at least three opportunities to enjoy alcohol and art.  Let's begin with beer and art at The Broad Art Museum.

The Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum's Friday night hang out, The Hob Nob is back in 2017.  The museum's galleries will be open.  There will be activities, appetizers and a cash bar.  Admission is free.

Four venues in REO Town will be open Friday and Saturday, offering art, beer and music.  Now in its third year, the Art and Craft Beerfest is held during the mid-winter break between other area beerfests.

The festival will feature 20 beers from Traverse City's Right Brain Brewing Company, along with 10 ciders from Blake's Hard Cider and a variety of Michigan wines.

Another event taking place on Saturday is the BAD Brew Bourrrbon Winterfest hosted by BAD Brewing company in Mason.  In addition to their regular beer menu, the brewery will serve 17 specialty brews and four specialty bourbon barrel aged bottles.  For more fun events taking place this weekend in Lansing, click here on the Lansing State Journal.
