Well, boy howdy.....as far as I know, this is a first.

As originally reported by Mlive.com, over twelve dead frozen dogs were discovered behind the Parlour ice cream shop in Jackson. Upon further investigation, it was revealed on Tuesday that there were “approximately six dead puppies, five dead adult dogs and some black bags containing severed animal ears.”

After making the shocking discovery inside a cooler, the son of the Parlour’s owner called his father to clue him in. Unaware anything out of the ordinary was going on, it was surmised that the dogs were placed in the freezer by someone who previously worked in the area.

After buying the garage in 2017, they were hoping to expand the business. The article quotes the owner: “We are trying to start the next set of renovations, which starts in the garage to expand on what we already have here.”

The owner was giving the previous owner plenty of time to get all of her things moved to a different location. But after numerous repeated requests to vacate everything, the discovery was made.

The person responsible for the frozen dogs could not be reached for comment...yet.
