You want to exercise every day.  But then you think about the crowded, sweaty gym and the intimidating weight machines and the elliptical.  Maybe the gym isn't your thing.

According to, there are fun ways to exercise if you dislike the gym.  How about taking your dog for a walk.  But make him keep up with your pace.

Volunteer to clean up a park or beach.  It feels good to help out and you'll work your muscles all the while.  Another thing you can do is grab some friends and play frisbee.

Instead of checking Facebook during commercial breaks, get on the ground and plank for three minutes.  Another great idea, go to an empty playground and play like a kid.  One more thing that sounds like fun is jumping in a pool.  Do literally anything in a pool, like treading water, sidestroke, backstroke, play Marco all burns calories.
