Past Governor Rick Snyder as well as other ex-officials are allegedly going to be charged by the State of Michiagn after an investigation opened up for the Flint water crisis that happened back in 2014-15, according to WILX.

Flint's water had been contaminated with lead and is to blame for a deadly outbreak of Legionnaires disease.

Defense lawyers have been informed about the indictments in Flint and were told to expect court appearances sometime soon.

More than 27,232 water pipes in Flint have been excavated and have so far replaced 9,760 lead pipes, with 16,463 confirmed copper pipes. As of December 8th, 2020, the remaining 500 service lines still needed to be inspected.
