How to Dedicate a Memory Heart at Capital Regiion's Ele's Race 2024

One of the unique features of Ele's Race is the opportunity to dedicate a Memory Heart to honor someone who has passed away. For just $20, you can decorate a Memory Heart when you register for the 5K Run/Walk or purchase it online through the store link on Ele's Place website (click here). Memory Hearts will be available at Packet Pick-Up, and while they can be mailed, please note that only the heart will be sent, not the stake.\

Their services include clinical consultation, resources, and referrals via phone and email, virtual peer-to-peer support groups for kids 3 to 18 and young adults 18 to 26, and online resources through their website and social media channels.
