I have been trying to eat mostly fresh food and very little processed food.  As I was cruising through MSN.com's Healthy Living section I came across an article about processed food that can actually be good for you.  I probably wouldn't eat all of these, and some of them I already do, but there were some great ideas.  Sometimes processed food is just easier to prepare. Maybe not as easy as eating an apple, but popping the top on a healthy peanut butter or can of beans with no BPA's can save some time and your health.
