The one thing that I try to do every morning is eat breakfast.  You might want to add a morning meal back into your daily routine.

According to USA Today, a new study found that people who skipped breakfast every day had an 87 percent higher risk of cardiovascular related death compared to those who ate a morning meal every day.

The research, published this month in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, pulled data on U.S. adults age 40 to 75 gathered between 1988 and 1994 that asked how often they ate breakfast.

Just over 5 percent of people said they never consumed breakfast, almost 11 percent said they rarely consumed breakfast, a quarter consumed breakfast some days and 59 percent said they consumed breakfast every day.
