Who comes up with these brilliant ideas? This time around, it's Aaron and Miriam Orr who are officially the co-owners of 1923, which is a restaurant on wheels inside a double decker tour bus.

And yes, we're talking about a double decker English tour bus. The ones we see in movies and on TV quite often.

This new English tour bus is parked at 320 Miller Ave. in Ann Arbor, waiting for our business.

According to mlive.com:

The “bustaurant,” as Aaron calls it, is a classic red, double-decker tour bus from Liverpool. It features an open-air top for customers and a kitchen installed in the lower half.

And the best part of this whole thing, they're going to serve up delicious tacos. I love tacos and can hardly wait to give this new double decker taco restaurant a try.

Would you like to know what's hot off their menu? Here's more from mlive.com:

1923, named after the first year an engine-powered double decker was released in London, will serve tacos inspired by flavors from around the world, such as a Korean Seoul taco, featuring beef and kimchi, and the Caribbean Queen, with jerk chicken, grilled pineapple and mango salsa. The restaurant will be entirely gluten free and have dairy-free options.

Everything sounds so delicious. It simply amazes me as to how people come up with new and innovative ways of doing things. I never would have thought of a double decker tour bus taco restaurant.

All we can tell you is this restaurant opens sometime this month and patrons are really looking forward to something new like this.
