How Often Do You Clean Everything in Your House?

I will admit, I live in a very clean home (mostly thanks to my husband). But then I see this list on how often you should clean EVERYTHING in your house. As I read the list, my first thought was: it has to be made for people who work at home or don't work at all  because it seems a bit impossible.

Some of the things on the list we do on a daily basis, like make the bed, clean dirty dishes, do laundry, wipe down the bathroom surfaces and clean the shower walls.

According to this chart, we are supposed to dust our lights, OUR LIGHTS, every month. Oh, and we need to clean the vents every month too.

Every week we should be mopping all floors, cleaning the bathroom, dusting furniture and even cleaning out the fridge. Don't get me wrong, we do this things, but apparently we don't do them on a schedule. Heck, I can't remember the last time I cleaned out the freezer...it's been so long I am kind of afraid to find out what is in there.  Ewwwww...
