Detroit Zoo Hosts Bike Safari July 28

Today, June 21, is officially the first day of summer 2018.  The Detroit Zoo will be hosting a bike safari the whole family can enjoy this summer.

On Thursday, June 28, guests will have the opportunity to ride their bicycles through the Detroit Zoo on a two mile trail and get an after-hours look at some of their favorite animals, according to the Detroit Free Press.

The event runs 6-10 p.m. and tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the gate.  Each Bike Safari ticket includes a commemorative T-shirt and admission to the post-ride party at the zoo's events pavilion.
