Go Nuts at the 24th Annual Testicle Festival in Deerfield

The 24th Annual Testicle Festival is once again taking place in Deerfield on Saturday, March 22, at 10:00 am.

That's right, you heard it. People from miles around will be attending this annual event in Lenawee County just to sink their teeth into those taste-tempting testicles that were given up by unsuspecting bulls.

These gourmet gonads will be served as the main dish along with baked beans, cole slaw and rolls. However, if you just can't find it in your heart (or stomach) to try these, there are chicken gizzards to use as a substitute.

If you don't have the cojones to try some yourself, it's always fun to attend and watch the newbies try 'em for the first time. Take video...some of the expressions are priceless! Sure, there are other festivals throughout the country that feature either turkey or pig 'nads, but the bull jewels are the ones to try.
