Cyndi composed the music for the musical stage version of "Kinky Boots" which will be at the Wharton center, May 26-31.

She's a classy lady and was extremely easy to speak with - not pretentious or aloof like most 'celebrities.'

We talked about the play, the original 2005 film, a unique experience that happened at one showing with a grumpy guy, her approach to songwriting and much more. I intentionally veered away from the obvious: in other words, I didn't bring up her old hits because I knew she'd want to focus on the NOW, not the THEN.
