A collection of funds, gifts and clothing for a 11 year old Durand boy who lost his only parent this week will take place at Graff Chevrolet in Durand from 11am to 3pm on Saturday.

Kenneth Warner caught wind of the situation early on Wednesday, December 16th, and felt compelled to lend a hand.  After making contact with the Robbins family, he created a Facebook group seeking donations that he'll personally deliver to Noah Robbins' family, and on Saturday, he'll personally greet anyone able to stop by Graff and drop off a gift.

Numerous items for Noah have already been collected, including winter gear and some Christmas gifts.  Please consider making a donation on Saturday.  Kenneth and others were spending Friday evening wrapping items and he said, if possible, please wrap donations before bringing them by Graff.  But he said that he bought extra wrapping paper just in case.

Items needed:

CLOTHING
Size 10-12 shirts
Size 10 pants
Size 6 shoes

CHRISTMAS ITEMS
Wrestling figures
Xbox 360 games -- anything sports or wrestling related (Madden 16, a game Noah really wants, has already been purchased)
Legos

Noah's favorite sports team is Michigan.

Connect with Kenneth Warner via the Help for Noah Robbins Facebook page or call him at 989-721-7061, or visit him at Graff Chevrolet in Durand on Saturday between 11am and 3pm.

A GoFundMe page has also been set up by Steve's sister, Dana.  The goal was to raise $2,000.  More than $3,000 has been collected so far.

A funeral service for Steve Robbins will be held on Saturday at 11am at Vernon Lighthouse Pentecostal Church of God, 101 E. Washington Avenue in Vernon.  Immediately following the service, friends and family will share food, conversation and stories at Durand City Hall.
