With Thanksgiving just around the corner, one thing that gets pounded into our heads is turkey. Turkey ornaments, dinnerware, napkins, cartoons, endless recipes, and frozen turkeys on sale in every store, some as low as 19 cents a pound.

We’ve exploited the noble turkey in so many ways every year at this time, what else is left? What else can we do to take advantage of turkeys before the holiday season is over?
