The Cascades Falls in Jackson were renovated a while back, making it possible for us not to have to pay to see these famous colored falls…the walls that prevented non-payers from viewing and trespassing have been gone for awhile now, making it enjoyable for everyone to see.....and a brand-new summer season is just about to begin!

They put on a pretty cool lights show.....CHECK OUT THE PHOTO GALLERY ABOVE to see what the colored lights look like at night...from the ground AND from a drone camera!

Naturally, most anyone from Jackson County has been there and knows what to expect…but there are plenty in the Mid-Michigan area who have not experienced the falls on a cool-warm summer night. So what’s the holdup? It’s a perfect place to go to spend a few hours…not expensive, not far from home, definitely enjoyable.

Many festivities will once again take place all summer long, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, usually open every day from 8am-11pm.

AND to see drone photos of the Cascades during the off-season when the concrete falls are empty, CLICK HERE.

Pack everyone in the car some summer evening, along with some food & drinks, head over to the Cascades, watch the falls and hear the music!
