Wouldn't we LOVE to be the golden nuggets on the wall in Joe Exotic's prison cell today?!

Stahp it, Joe. Yes, you do.

Carole Baskin, the owner of Big Cat Rescue and the arch-nemesis of Joe Exotic...

...has scored a major legal victory in acquiring the rights to the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park, formerly known as the G.W. Zoo.

If you've been living under a rock for the last few months, here's a quick snapshot: Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin's famous feud was documented on the Netflix series Tiger King. If you didn't watch it, WHY NOT?

That show had EVERYTHING:

*tigers as pets
*gay polygamy
*murder for hire
*drugs
...and so much more!

Carole Baskin won the lawsuit from her Big Cat Rescue Corporation on Monday against the Greater Wynnewood Development Group, LLC, the company formerly owned by Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage (aka Joe Exotic).

The G.W. Zoo must evacuate the premises within 120 days. The lawsuit awards Baskin about 16 acres of land, as well as a few cabins and vehicles. She does NOT, however, get the animals as part of the suit.

The park is currently owned by Jeff Lowe - remember him?

Lowe's attorney says that the judgment was not unexpected and stated that they didn't challenge Baskin's attempts to acquire the park and that Lowe is focused on opening the "Tiger King Park in Thackerville, (Oklahoma), which should be opening in the next 120 days."

Joe Exotic is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence in the murder-for-hire plot that he concocted against Baskin.
