Biotech Companies to Hold Joint Job Fair Next Week

According to the Lansing State Journal, Biotech companies Neogen Corp., Niowave Inc. and Emergent BioSolutions will hold a joint job fair next week in Lansing.

The event will be held Jan. 30 between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the neighborhood Empowerment Center located at 600 W. Maple Street.

All three companies have similar needs so they decided to pool resources.

As the three biotechnology companies with major operations in Lansing, all facing the same challenges with filling open positions in the current job market, it just made sense that they got together to host a joint job fair.

On the spot interviews will be held for immediate job openings at the three companies. Openings at the companies range from entry level positions, through research and supervisory positions.

These positions include openings in manufacturing, facilities, accounting and human services, as well as in each of the companies biotechnology specialties.

Emergent has identified approximately 20 job openings for the Lansing site at varying levels. Please click on the above link for more information.
