Band-Aid Adding New Skin Tones
Band-aid is expanding its product line to include bandages that "embrace the beauty of diverse skin."
The band-aid product was invented back in 1921 and it was a soft pink 'flesh' color.
Now with the nation making changes after the death of George Floyd, the company has stepped up and said it's time for a change.
The company decided to make the change earlier this week, and made the announcement on Instagram.
Many celebrated the change on social media, while others said it's too little too late.
The company Johnson and Johnson said that band-aids and other products sold will be making a donation to the Black Lives Matter movement.
