One of the only people in the U.S. who could make this offer, Warren Buffet is offering employees of his company Berkshire Hathaway one million dollars a year for life if they can pick the perfect Sweet Sixteen  during March Madness.

Bracket pools are common place at business around the country during March Madness.  Buffett who is a longtime basketball fan, has had the most spectacular bracket pool in the country since 2014.  The first year, he opened up the challenge to the public offering one billion dollars to any college basketball fan that could deliver the perfect bracket.

This year, the contest is just for employees of Berkshire Hathaway, but the prize is a bit more attainable than ever.  More than 300 thousand employees of Buffetts , could win one million dollars a year for life, that is if they can correctly predict who makes it to the sweet 16.  To sweeten the pot ....Buffett says if a team from his native Nebraska ends up winning the entire tournament, the prize will be doubled to 2 million dollars a year.

Pays to have a boss who likes basketball.....especially if he is rich.  Well, regardless it makes watching the tournament more fun.
