48th Annual Red Cedar Jubilee is on in Williamston
One of my favorite small town traditions is on in Wiliamston, the 48th annual Red Cedar Jubilee. The kids parade was supposed to be yesterday but they have moved it to Friday night, hoping for better weather. Kids can also tear up the bounce house Inflatables starting at 11am on Friday. I know I'll be taking one little girl to check it out.
Saturday is the demolition derby at 6pm. This is always a good time and a lot of fun.
The weather is crappy today but the beer tent will still be open to drown your sorrows. 11am-11pm. It's a tent so you might stay dry.
Tonight from 7-9 there is FREE live music in McCormick Park by Steve "Elvis" Hunt.
Also Saturday at McCormick Park there is yoga at 10am.
Saturday at 2pm is the Duck Drop off the Putnam Street Bridge.
