When it comes to sports, where do we begin? Everybody loves sports no matter what sport it is.

Right now, I miss baseball, bowling, playing golf using a cart, and what's going to happen with college football teams in the fall?

Another sport I really like is soccer. Doesn't matter whether it's pro, college, high school, or local league soccer.

Speaking of soccer, Lansing United women's soccer is the latest sports team to announce that it won't field a team during the 2020 season, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

According to the Lansing State Journal, club president and CEO Jeremy Sampson made the announcement last week and said the team was committed to playing in United Women's Soccer and the Midwest Conference in 2021.

As you already know, Michigan has been hit hard by the pandemic. Sampson said their responsibility first and foremost is to the health and safety of their players, fans, coaches and staff.

Some sports may come back in due time but I truly believe a lot of sports will be played without fans in the stands!
