    Make a Dedicated Work Area

If you are working from home, make an area where you will work from that is comfortable and also will help you get stuff done. If you have a spare bedroom or a basement, those could be good choices. You will also want as few distractions as possible.

    Learn a New Skill

Learning a new skill is always good, but you will want to learn a new skill that will also help in your current job. Some examples could be learning a new language or learning more about computer programs; whatever you think will help in your current position. You can also learn how to cook a new dish. This might not help in your career but can help in life.

    Set Up a Good System

You will want to set up a system where you can intake things that need to get done and then get that done. Whether that means an online calendar (which google calendar can help with) or writing it down on a daily planner. It is very easy to get things done in the office as there are less distractions and everyone is working on accomplishing the same goal, so a planner will help you get things done at home.

Make and Keep a Sleep Schedule

Since you are inside, there is no reason to get up extra early to go out, which means this is a great time to catch up on sleep. Make a sleep schedule that will allow you to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. This will allow you to be refreshed and be able to work productively for 16 hours instead of being up longer and not being able to be productive.
