Williamston Boys Soccer Team in State Championship Game

It's time for a Williamston High School Soccer championship game.  Wednesday night, Williamston shutout No. 5 ranked Grosse Ile, 2-0, in a Division 3 state semi-final match-up at Parker Middle School and will advance to play No. 2 ranked Grand Rapids South Christian in Saturday's state title game at noon at Comstock Park High School.

Hornets coach Brent Sorg said, "It's an incredible feeling.  The community has been behind us.  We had a great crowd on Wednesday, and wherever we travel to Saturday we're hoping to have the same.  Here's more from the Lansing State Journal.
