Tribute Alumni Band Set To Play ‘One Last Time’ For Former Holt Band Director, Timothy Parry

The number of people Timothy Parry inspired throughout his time teaching, including his more than a decade at Holt, is innumerable, but it only takes a spark to start a fire, and there's a growing blaze; hundreds of former students that plan to gather and play 'one last time,' in honor of their former teacher.

Magan Konoski, a 2005 Holt grad, set up the Tim Parry Alumni Band event page on Facebook with a plan to play on Sunday February 8th at 1pm at Eagle Eye Golf Club in Bath Township.  The Lansing State Journal reports that as of Monday afternoon there were nearly 200 people planning to attend.

Tim Parry passed away at the age of 63 on January 21st.
