Train Lovers Head to Traverse City

Growing up as a kid, one of my favorite things to do was to play with my electric train.  I was the conductor watching my new train go around and around on my home built railroad system.  Trains have always facinated me from the time I was a kid to even now.  The festival of Trains has made its way back into Traverse City History Center now through Jan. 4, for their annual showcase of all things locomotive.  The family-friendly event features the Historic Miniature City from Clinch Park and interactive model trains for hands-on learning and fun for everyone to enjoy.  The History Center is located at 322 Sixth St. in Traverse City.  Have fun train lovers!
