Big hitters Miguel Cabrera and Victor Martinez weren't there.  And expectations for the upcoming season are bleak.  But Detroit Tigers fans didn't care.

The Tigers went 64-98 last season, and this is expected to be a rebuilding year.  The lines at TigerFest extended from the stadium's west entrance, past the parking lots to Woodward and one block down the sidewalk.

Kelly Johnson, drove her son to TigerFest which took about an hour to get there.  They walked all the way to the end of the line.  Johnson said, "It doesn't matter if they're bad, if you're a fan, you're a fan."  Here's more from the Detroit Free Press.
