We've all heard of "Meals on Wheels" but have we really thought about what it means to the people getting those meals?  Many of them love that someone not only brings them food each day but also stops by and checks on them.  Can you give 1 hour a month for that?  WLNS Channel 6 talked to people from The Tri County Office on Aging, the agency that handles "Meals on Wheels" and they say they are short 200 volunteers to bring those meals to people who may not eat if it wasn't for this program.  There is a possibility that TCOA will have to start a waiting list.  I know that the Greater Lansing area is an incredibly compassionate community, so maybe you could give an hour or 2.  Click here to contact TCOA and volunteer
