Is extending the school year to make up snow days causing havoc with you daycare or vacation plans?  MLive says that Governor Snyder signed a revised school funding measure that will give schools that have 1098 school hours already scheduled a chance to end school on the original date.  The Measure gives districts a chance to hold school for only 174 days if they were already scheduled for more than that.  A brutal winter has caused many schools to use more than their alotted snow days.
