Ken Foster and his Grandson Adam are before dawn to well after dusk these days to keep up demand for their state shaped serving trays.  The project started out as a way to use scrap wood instead of burning it.  The Lansing State Journal's article shows these beautiful trays that are now available in any state shape except Hawaii and Wyoming, but they are working on that.  The Michigan Trays are made in Charlotte but are available in Detroit and Howell.  Do you have an idea you think you could become a second career or a money maker?
