Jace is a 4yr old boy that was recently diagnosed with leukodystrophy, a rare genetic disorder of the central nervous system, to which there is no cure!
The boys Portland Varsity soccer team will be playing against Folwerville. We will have a bake sale and t shirt sales, all proceeds support Jace!
