As Halloween approaches, here's another actual Michigan haunt: the Eloise Asylum!

This building is also known as the Wayne County Poor House - an establishment in Westland that was erected in 1839 and later turned into a hospital...with a cemetery that has over 7,000 graves of former insane inmates and patients.

The hospital closed in 1984...but something still remains.

People have seen all types of apparitions - ghosts, if you will - but mainly one of a woman in white. Others have said they heard the screams and moans of the spirits & tortured souls of deceased mental patients.

Okay - let's put on our Sunday best and take a trip over there!
