Cedar Point’s Mantis Comes to an End

There are so many great roller coasters at Cedar Point.  Believe it or not, it's the end of the road for Cedar Point's Mantis.

Over the past 10 seasons, roughly 23 million roller coaster enthusiasts tested their terrors on the Mantis, but the stand up roller coaster just flipped its final riders.

Sunday night, 32 winners and their guests took the last rides on the famed coaster.  Cedar Point plans on converting the Mantis into a floorless roller coaster named Rougarou in 2015.  Here's the latest from the Lansing State Journal.
