Best Ever Laingsburg Wolfpack Girls Basketball Season

All season the Laingsburg girls basketball team kept finding ways to win in what turned out to be a magical run.  Their quest for perfection fell a little short when the Laingsburg Wolfpack lost to Calumet in the Class C Semifinal at the Breslin Center.

The loss ended the best season in program history for the Wolfpack, who claimed their first regional title while winning a school record 26 games.

The girls worked so hard together and had a great basketball season.  One of the seniors commented by saying, "no matter what, we wanted to get that last game.  I know it didn't end the way we wanted to, but I know we all put 110 percent in.  We all feel it right now and it hurts, but I know we're all so proud of each other and couldn't be happier."
