Ack! Spiders…am I Right?

I had a thought as I was braving these cold temperatures...will this cold kill all the spiders?  I certainly hope so, I lost a big one last fall.  I was sure he was in my house as the picture shows. He was there and then he was gone and he was in between the windows.  I don't believe for a second that he couldn't get into my house, look at it!  That is a huge spider, who is now on the wanted list.
