Yankee Doodle Days All Weekend in Grand Ledge

It's a 36 year tradition in Grand Ledge.  Yankee Doodle Days is happening today through Sunday at Jaycee Park on East River Street in Grand Ledge.

According to WILX-News 10, Your Breaking News and Weather Authority, Yankee Doodle Days will feature music, beer, and food.  It will be a good time for everybody.

Saturday is the biggest day of the festival which features a number of events.  Here are a few of the details:

9 a.m. to 1 p.m.-Market on the Grand

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.-Kids Day-face painting, games, arts & crafts, bounce house and zoo animals.

11 a.m.-parade in downtown Grand Ledge.

Dusk-Fireworks

8 p.m. Live music with Global Village
