Will You Go Red Tomorrow?

Friday is a big day.  Not only will the 2014 Winter Olympics opening ceremonies take place, but locally we have a lot of cool things going on including "Go Red for Women".  "Go Red for Women" is the American Heart Association's way of bringing about awareness of heart disease in women.  Heart disease is the number 1 killer of women and like so many things, the symptoms are different for women than men and we women tend to ignore them.  So tomorrow wear your red and maybe make an appointment with your doctor to learn your numbers and what your risks are.
