There are many beautiful golf courses in Michigan that I haven't played yet and have every intention of playing many as soon as I can make more time for myself.

There is one golf course in Michigan which is one of my favorite golf courses to play, and that is Hawk Hollow in Bath, Michigan.

Hawk Hollow gets a 4 and a half out of 5 star rating courtesy of Golf Digest. It is a championship golf course with a total of 27 holes to play, on one of the most pristine golf courses in Michigan.

IF you want to work on your putting game a little bit, Hawk Hollow also has an 18 hole putting course called "Little Hawk." It's a natural grass putting course where you can really work on your putting challenges.

My wife and I play on "Little Hawk" every summer and really enjoy the putting green layout.

What makes Hawk Hollow a championship golf course? The professional layout and design of the course is nothing short of spectacular. So much beautiful scenery surrounds the entire course and the water along with the sand traps make it all come together. And yes, it is a challenging course.

In years past, our radio station would participate in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters golf outing every single summer. At one point we would have close to 35 foursomes playing in the outing with awards being handed out afterward at the dinner banquet. We helped raise a lot of money for Big Brothers and Big Sisters.

If you're ready to play one of the best golf courses around, you need to play a round or two at Hawk Hollow, located at 15101 Chandler Road in Bath.

Hawk Hollow has two practice ranges along with a special short game practice area and a putting green practice area.

Even to this day, Hawk Hollow is where I play some of my best golf ever. Keep swinging and we'll see you soon at Hawk Hollow.
