I am not a fan of Daylight Savings Time, and apparently with good reason.  DST, has been linked to a host of mental and physical health issues.

It can put people at greater risk for Cardiovascular conditions and is the reason so many of us experience seasonal affective disorder.

Originally Daylight Savings Time was invented to save money, but actually we have ended up using more electricity.

So here we go again, DST begins this weekend in most parts of the United States and parts of Canada.

Bottom line, we lose an hour of sleep.   Thanks Ben Franklin for coming up with this idea.
