Update on Emaciated Dog Found Yesterday at Hawk Island Park

They are calling her Skinny Minnie and she is beginning her recovery under the care of a veterinarian and qualified foster family.  She still has a long recovery in front of her, but the healing can begin as the search for the person responsible for her condition continues.  WILX Channel 10 reports that donation are being accepted to go for her care or towards the reward for tips resulting in a conviction at donateingham.org/icac/
