Get ready to enjoy an evening of indulging in foods prepared by downtown Lansing's most popular eateries at the Taste of Downtown.  The annual event runs from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Washington Square.

Taste of Downtown will feature live music, local food and more than 100 wines from around the world.  This is the biggest year yet, with 15 restaurants offering a mouth watering array of diverse items, family favorites and local specialties.

New restaurants this year include Lou & Harry's, Red's Smokehouse, and For Crepe Sake.

Tickets are $25 per adult, children's tickets $5 for ages 12 and under, under 2 years of age are free.  All adults 21 and up must bring a valid ID.
