After the whole slap fiasco? No thanks.

He says he still hasn’t spoken to Chris Rock.

“My deepest hope is that these two intelligent capable men have an opportunity to heel.”

Smith also resigned from the Academy over his slap of Chris Rock.

“I wasn’t allowed to say any of that [at the Oscars], but you can just come up and [slap] someone.”

The news comes days after Smith resigned from the Academy.

The slap seen 'round the world was referenced moments into the 2022 Grammys.

Smith could have been suspended or expelled from the group.
