If you're a resident of East Lansing, or a student taking classes at Michigan State University, chances are, you aren't seeing a ton of food trucks on the streets.

It's that time of year where more neighbors are out mowing and others...not so much. In Jackson, if city officials have to come do it, it's not cheap.

Panhandling in public has been considered a crime in Lansing but that could be changing soon as the ordinance against it and several others may be repealed.
