Cars were flipped, couches were burned, and people apparently forgot that cell phones take really good high-quality pictures and videos. Academic probation and criminal charges for EVERYBODY.

Go Green! Just don't steal it from a public space. On camera. Where everyone can see your face. Just bring it back, please.

The East Lansing Police Department is seeking volunteers to divide into groups to help find Shirley Baughan. To join the search, meet ELPD at 1924 Coolidge Rd.
