Gov. Whitmer Signs In New Confidentiality Law To Help Protect Victims Of Domestic Violence
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has just signed a new law into place that will provide families and people that have been victims of domestic abuse with another layer of privacy.
I can't imagine the mental strain that victims have to suffer through, but hopefully, this law helps to give victims the courage needed to step up and speak out without fear of retaliation...
