It's the annual Grand Blanc Family Fun Fest going on now through Sunday, June 19. And this wonderful festival has all kinds of fun for the entire family.

There will be lots of rides, along with carnival food, vendors, a climbing rock wall, which I have yet been able to conquer, and they're even going to have a charity dunk tank.

The Family Fun Fest will take place in the parking lot of Grand Blanc High School on Holly Road.

According to mlive.com:

“The big thing for me is that we get to bring the community together and it’s a safe environment,” said Leigh LaForest, CEO of the Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce. “Fire, police, businesses and schools — we have such a good relationship with everyone in this community. Our doors are always open, and we are so grateful to be in Grand Blanc.”

By the way, if you're planning on having fun at the charity dunk tank during this annual event, proceeds will help fund scholarships for Grand Blanc Seniors.

We can tell you that a lot of planning and work goes into these special family fun events, so if you can make it out sometime between now and Sunday, I'm sure you're going to have a great time.
