Police Investigating Stabbing Death in Jackson Saturday Night

A 49-year-old Jackson man was found dead just after 5pm last Saturday night in Jackson; no suspect in custody, no explanation or reason given why someone would want to do this.

The unidentified victim was stabbed shortly before 5pm that afternoon; he and his girlfriend had been living in the address for only a month. She was present when detectives arrived.
