Lotsa people cruise America's historic cross-country Route 66...but didja ever cruise Michigan's Route 66? Route 66 splits Michigan in two and is rarely traveled (completely) by roadtrippers.

From Sturgis down by the state border, all the way up to Charlevoix, it's an enjoyable mostly countryside roadtrip that is completely under your control. Stop WHERever you want, veer off WHENever you want, stop and eat WHATever you want...and best of all, take your time doin' it.

The video above shows you the sights and oddities you'll find on your in-state journey. We did this ourselves not too long ago...watch the video and see if it's something you'd like to add to your Michigan roadtrippin'!
