REO Town Ready for Southern Barbeque

Who doesn't love a really good bbq?  After spending almost half of his 33 years in the food service industry, Matt Gillet is taking a leap of faith.

Until recently, Matt was assistant general manager at Dusty's Cellar.  But Gillet wanted his own foot print in the industry.  Through his love of barbeque and the confidence and support of friends, he found the answer.

Gillett and business partner Travis Stoliker will open REO Town's authentic southern barbeque joint, Saddleback Barbeque today, next to REO town pub.

Saddleback Barbeque, a new barbeque restaurant is located at 1147 S. Washinton in Lansing.  Hours:  11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.  Website is saddlebackbbq.com.
