Red Burrito Mex Grill Will Open Later This Month

Red Burrito is set to open later this month at 212 S. Washington Square in downtown Lansing.  Owner Abel Cobian wants to bring something different to the downtown Lansing food scene.

Fresh and fast, because people are in a hurry, according to Cobian.  He wants his new venture, Red Burrito Fresh Mex Grill, to provide just that.

Cobian's menu is almost finalized with burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, taco salad, a burrito bowl, even a quinoa bowl.  He'll also serve breakfast.

Cobian wants to offer flavors of California and Mexico to downtown Lansing, in a fast, casual concept, with different flavors.  Here's more from the Lansing State Journal.
